Perry grew up in Truckee, CA and came to Chico in the spring of 2005 after a short stint at Brigham Young University. Perry is in his final year at Chico State and is majoring in Recreation Administration with an option in Commercial Recreation. Currently, he stays busy as a study abroad mentor and has spent a semester abroad in Prague, Czech Republic. During his free time, he enjoys traveling, snowboarding, soccer, and other sports. After graduation he hopes to pursue a career in sports management. Perry has been an advising intern since May 2007.
