Transfer Credit
The Transfer Credit Evaluation (TCE) is available for all transfer students who began at CSU Chico Fall 1997 or later. It is a listing of all courses students take at other institutions, including units and grades received, whether they were accepted for transfer credit, Chico's equivalent or semi- equivalent course(s), and the preliminary General Education area these courses fulfill.

Degree Audit
The Degree Audit (DA) is available to students who began at Chico Fall 1993 or later with no transfer work, and transfers who began at Chico Fall 1997 or later. It is a countdown of graduation requirements: total units, upper division, residency, Cultural Diversity (Ethnic Studies and Non-Western Studies), American Institutions (U.S. Constitution and California State and Local Government and U.S. History), General Education, and, if programmed, your major/option. It contains both transfer work and work taken at CSU Chico. Check your Degree Audit for final placement of General Education courses.

There are four sections in the printed version of the report: 1) Student Data 2) Graduation Requirements Remaining 3) Graduation Requirements Completed and 4) Work in Progress or Not Applicable to Program. If you have any concerns about how your courses have applied, make an appointment at the Evaluations Office, MLIB 180 (for GE and other general requirements) or your major department for your major requirements.

Evaluation of Courses and Credits Completed
The Evaluation of Courses and Credits Completed (ECCC) is the older, manual version of the Degree Audit. It is sent to those people who began prior to Fall 1993 and those who started at Chico between Fall 1993 and Summer 1997 who have transfer work. It shows what General Education areas have been met and which are still needed, shows fulfillment or need for Cultural Diversity, American Institutions, upper division, residency, and total unit requirements. All students with these forms must see their major advisor for information about the applicability of their courses to the major. If you have concerns about how your courses have been applied, make an appointment at the Evaluations Office, MLIB 180.
