Convocation & Wildcat Welcome

The Convocation and Wildcat Welcome marks the formal beginning of your college experience at CSU, Chico. You will be introduced to the unique features of the CSU, Chico campus and community and will also have the opportunity to connect with some of CSU, Chico’s extracurricular activities. Your connection to the university and community is important to your educational experience.

Department Meetings

Meeting with your department faculty is critical. Take advantage of this opportunity to meet faculty and fellow students and learn about programs, resources, requirements, student organizations, career possibilities, graduate studies, and expectations associated with your intended major.
