Financial Aid and Scholarship Office

Visit our Financial Aid office to apply for aid, research the types of aid available, and learn about your financial aid award. Research scholarship opportunities through Chico State, and apply online for hundreds of different scholarships. Fill out a scholarship application online starting October 1st through January 1st for the following academic year.

Interested in getting an estimate of your financial aid eligibility now?  You can find out at CSU Mentor.edu.  And if you'll be taking out student loans to help pay your college expenses, there are a few things to consider.  Use the SLOPE calculator to determine the percentage of student loans to the income of your future career.

President's Scholars Competition

Eligible students will be invited to compete for prestigious $12,000 President's Scholarships. Find all the information you will need to compete for this scholarship.

Student Employment

The Student Employment Office is available to help students locate work by referring them to a wide variety of job opportunities. During the academic year, campus and community employers provide hundreds of temporary and part-time jobs for students.
