Off Campus Residence Halls

Off-campus residence halls provide students an opportunity to network with other students, while providing a variety of services and amenities.

University Village
University Village is an ideal and affordable place for new transfer students.  It's the only university-owned apartment complex and is the most unique housing facility in Chico. The Village program is tailored after the residence hall program, while still giving its residents the benefits and feel of an apartment community.
